The Transit Wardrobe & Seat has 17 animations and props/wearables for one av. The item can be split, making the seat/sign/wall 3LI, and the wardrobe/clothes/boxes 9Li. They total 12 Li whether grouped or in two individual pieces. Rezzed props add 2Li at most.
Because of the door scripts, it is necessary for the main portion of the wardrobe to always be the main prim when linking/unlinking pieces. Otherwise the doors will not work. If this happens, simply rez a new one.
You can take out clothing hanger and shoebox prims to lower the Li. This item has materials enabled and is 100% original mesh, made by me!
