Easy enough to make but why make one when you can just download this one which is full perm for you to use in your builds. Copy / Modify and Transfer. Full Perm.
Applying this texture will make your item or the face of the prim on which you apply it invisible. To see any invisible item which will appear in red just use Ctrl+Alt+T keyboard shortcuts.

I know, I know, it is easy to find an UUID transparent texture on secondlife wiki. But in my case that texture did not help me when I tried to create a 3D shine applier for Legacy body without texture, because texture should be BOM and I needed only transparent shine effect from Legacy body. Many thanks!
