Someone suggested I make a cottage for the Mer folk, both for full-sized & Tinies. I thought a treasure chest would be perfect. This 11prim structure has enough room for the Mer lounger & a couple of the Mer chairs I have already on the market. I added a couple of shell screens to divide the sleep area from the main area & still had plenty of room. So this fits the bill for both sizes of avatars. I also have added, not seen in the photos, an interior wall that you can use if you prefer a bit more separation which would bring the build up to 13 prims total.
As usual, the door does lock if you edit the card inside it.
The treasure chest is made from old wood, has metal straps on the lid, & has treasure. Granted, some would see the loot on the outside & think that's it, but we all know the treasure is actually the one who lives inside....YOU.
