The Penthouse Skybox is perfect for low prim or 512m mainland parcels. It offers a specious design with low land impact at only 22LI (less with lights removed).
The main skybox area features a large open space with a platform and an upper left. and it also includes a smaller closed off room for private areas.
The set comes with two versions. an Industrial brick inspired version and a more modern concrete retro styled.

You cant get enough low LI builds.Particularly hose of us on Homesteads or parcels. This is stylish, atmospheric and it is possible to play around with some of the texturing. love it.
Nicely made...
except the texture for things like bricks and planks share too much of the same texture, resulting in lower resolution textures. Might have been nice if the creator created some additional texture faces and used a couple more textures to make things a bit more crisp. Purchased, but sadly I won't be using.
These are awesome
You get 2 versions, they are mod so you can customize them and they are low LI.
They are great for how much detail you get and dont cost the earth unlike some places.
I definatly recommend if you need some nice skyboxes for rentals etc
