This tree house is 67 prims and includes an optional 30 x 30 base. Allow for branches overhanging 45 x 45 at widest points.
The tree house components are packed with Rez-Faux for fast, reliable, easy errection and positioning.
The base is included as an optional item and can be safely deleted if not required. (Lift, bearskin rug and foliage are also separate objects).
