Tree house - The Oiolaire Treehouse - COPY/MOD - 142-prims

The Oiolairë Treehouse (meaning "ever-summer" in the Quenya elven language) is made of 142 carefully chosen, placed, and sculpted prims coming together to offer you a most pleasing enviroment without using up all of your prims. It has been designed in partnership by Noiz Cox and Ashtyn Ninetails, and takes up an area of 50x50 meters or bigger to rez without worrying about encroaching over your neighbors' land.
The tree part is composed of sculpted prims carefully arranged to maximize foliage and give the trunk a realistic structure.
The house part is made of regular prims, MegaPrims, and sculpted prims, forming four distinctive plataforms where you can easily set up your home or even business if you so choose.

This tree house comes with several built-in features:

-6 scripted doors with lock options
-8 1-prim scripted fires
-several poseballs set up in the lounging area
-a scripted rope for climbing up to the treehouse or sliding down to the ground level
-Foliage-Changing leaves

The doors use a well-featured script by Meiyo Sojourner (in my opinion, the best out there!).

The 1-prim fires, scripted by Kenneth Cale exclusively for Ashtyn Ninetails' SculptyWorks brand, can be turned on or off with a click. The fires use particles for prim efficiency (only one!) and to diminish server-side load (particles are rendered by your viewer). They cast a gentle light when burning.

The poseballs provided with this treehouse (by various makers) can be re-arranged however you please. I tried to set them up in a basic functional arrangement for casual socializing in the 3rd level of the treehouse.

The rope is the official way for people to get up or down in the treehouse (other ways include flying up, or falling down). When you click the rope, two poseballs will appear, one at the end of the rope close to the ground, the other at the top of the rope. You simply click these poseballs to climb up or slide down.

The foliage in the tree can be changed to match the seasons, your mood, or simply for the sake of variety. The script was written by Jeffery Beckersted exclusively for Ashtyn Ninetails' SculptyWorks brand and care was taken to make it the lowest lagging script possible (the whole tree shouldn't register as more than 0.003 in script time).
By clicking the big evergreen leaf attached to the tree trunk on the 3rd level, the owner of the tree can change the foliage into various pre-set options. The leaves are distributed in two groups, Left Side and Right Side, so it is possible to have one side with no leaves at all, and the other side as green as it gets, and any combination of the options.
The owner can also choose if he wants his group members to be able to change the settings on the leaves, or if he wants anyone to be able to change them.

The treehouse is sold with COPY and MOD permissions. It will be listed as "No Mod, No Transfer" in your inventory because some of the scripts that come with it are NO-MOD. That's just the scripts, doesn't affect the objects. You can copy and modify the structure as many times as you feel like.

It is packaged in a Rez-Faux box and comes with easy-to-follow instructions to help you rez it if you are not familiar with the Rez-Faux system.
Make sure your parcel is big enough to accomodate this treehouse. If you are not sure, please grab this 50x50x1 MegaPrim and rez it in your parcel. If it doesn't go over the property lines, your land is big enough. :)
