CEILING FAN:
There are almost an unlimited number of ways you can configure the Tri-Neo Ceiling Fan!
You can Personalize it by adjusting Blade Glass Colors, Blade Glass Glow, Blade Glass Alpha, Bulb Color, Bulb Glow, Bulb Alpha, Bulb Fullbright, Light Color, Light Intensity, Light Radius, Light Falloff, Fan Rotation, and More...
Every Option can be adjusted by entering the value in the Menu Dialog which allows you to be as Precise as you want to be.
Any color you can imagine can be entered as a Vector in the Menu Dialog or choose from 11 Preset Colors so you can customize your fan fast.
An Access List has been added which enables you to restrict the Menu Configurations to Owner Only, Allow or Block Access to your Friends, Group, Anyone, or any combination of Access you want.
There is no need to Edit a Prim or Configure a Note Card, everything can be done within the Menu Dialog with acception to 'Add" Avatar (for the Access List) which can be entered simply by using Chat.
To Glow or Not to Glow? A question you can decide.
You can configure your Tri-Neo Ceiling Fan to be a bright glowing beacon, or a classy accessory that blends into the room. Your custom touch will decide the look and mood you want to express.

COUCH SET:
There are 5 Sit Pose/Animations, 10 Expressions and Expression Timer, 11 Couch Colors, 4 Gloss options, 10 Light Colors, and an Access Menu for you to allow/block access to anyone using this item.
Most of these options can be selected within the Menu Dialog simply by clicking the Couch.
*You do not have to be seated to open the Menu.
You can change your Sit Pose/Animation by Holding 'Shift' and pressing Left/Right Arrow Keys. There are 5 Normal Sit Animations in each seat.
This item is equipped with an Access List which lets you decide who can use your Couch.
Group, List, Anyone, and Owner Only can be toggled in the Access Menu.
If an Avatar is not allowed to use this item, the Menu Dialog will not open and the Avatar will be Un-Seated.
