This is a tattoo applier HUD for the Niramyth Aesthetic avatar. This applier allows you to apply the whole tattoo or just one of the three parts (right arm, left arm, back). It will leave tattoos on other parts of the tattoo layer alone.
The HUD comes ready to put on and apply and will not remove your tattoos from other regions of the tattoo layer.
