A little private island all of your own. Featuring an open topped display building, perfect for gatherings or expos.

The Island comes complete with grass, small bushes, textured sand and a wave skirt. Crashing spray flies from the rocks behind the buildings.

All parts physics enabled. No materials.

Land Impact is 56 prims, including the Island and building.

Building is 100% mesh, so LI will change if you scale the build.
