This one is just a little tool. It has the look of a Trill PADD which is based on a Deep Space Nine episode i saw.
On the Plisagraph you can see some text written in Trill letters.
The name Plisagraph i found on a book i read about Trill so it might not be canon, but it sounds nice.
You can use this device as an avatarscanner if you type /11 scan in chat.
But its main function is just the look ;)
