The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).

The build is 24 m by 10 m, consisting of a spacious main room with double aspect windows, A secondary room with a fireplace opening and bookshelves and a bedroom.
The whole build has a 1 to 1 texture ratio, so you can either keep the supplied look or re-texture the skybox to suit you tastes.
