Very nice little building
The person who wrote a bad review who said that the build is not modifiable is wrong. The only thing not modifiable is the door script. I made one of these little buildings into a Mexican restaurant. I wish I could post a photo of it here. It is located at Hortensia's Nostalgia, Clarksburg (137, 238, 57), in case anyone wants to see what can be done in the way of modification.
