Trixxie's Gallery/Shop

This is a very cool build featuring stone, stucco and glass block textures. It is perfect for either a gallery space or a store. There are 4 small alcoves in the front and a large area behind the water feature in the middle of the store. In the back corner of the build is a spiral staircase that leads to the roof patio. This area is perfect for events, and features a large water featured along the front, and a planter near the stairs. Loads of wall space....air open feel...everything is copy/mod and unlinked...reposition, resize, etc. Appx footprint is 60x40 so you do need a decent amount of land. Base of store is build deep so it can be sunk into uneven ground without worring about terraforming your land level.
