The first level welcomes you with a multi-tiered waterfall fountain spilling into a tiled reflecting pool - walk up the side staircase to the second story entrance level, where included exterior lights welcome you to the all-glass enclosed observation room, split by a U-shaped divider. The staircase to the third story leads you to a postmodern interpretation of a classic roofline - and for extra flair, we include an optional indoor birch tree! A rooftop patio lined with glass railings finishes your journey - ready for your modern furniture collection, objets d'art, and more!
This prefab's footprint is approximately 29 meters by 21 meters.

Gorgeous, Low Prim, Unique
I almost cannot believe how amazing this home is compared to others asking thousands more. The land impact is minuscule for what you get. The textures are top notch. The front waterfall is unique and striking. The walls of glass take great advantage of any beautiful setting you drop this in. I have owned many homes in SL, and this is one of my very favorites.
