The Axion Modern Cottage is an ultramodern prefab home with front and back concrete patios - the back patio includes a removable 3-step section for creating walkways, which leads to a removable concrete modern fireplace segment. The interior of the build features an open floor plan living room/kitchen with removable prop non-animated kitchen, and an annex structure with three private rooms, two of which feature flagstone fireplaces, and one with skylights! Both fireplace rooms also feature sliding patio entry doors. Footprint is 21.6 meters by 47 meters, and Land Impact is 82.
