Ocean breezes await! The Cataumet Beach Cottage is a whitewashed worn wood siding and trim New England style beach cottage made to fit on a gentle waterside slope of land - we carefully designed the build for easy customizable tinting in contrasting or matching colors, or easy replacement with PBR textures. The front elevated entry with covered deck leads to an expansive main room with 3 private rooms! You can also remove the main interior wall for a full sized open floor plan and keep 2 of the private rooms as well! Shiplap walls are easy to tint, and we include an optional/removable woodstove in the corner with on/off fire effects. Out back, the rear covered deck leads to a lowered dock with water access ladder - also removable, if you wish to use the build on flat land. Exterior lights, locking doors with auto-open scan feature, privacy windows with decorative tintable shutters, and our *home control system round out the features. Land Impact is 93, and footprint is 28.6 x 38.4 meters.
