The Coronado Modern Ranch is a modern wood and concrete ranch with elevated, partially covered concrete tile deck featuring wood slatted privacy fencing, built-in planter with removable plants, and a built-in L-shaped tiled pool, animated for singles and couples in your choice of maturities. Along the front edge by the entry stairs, enjoy a triple waterfall fountain feature in between gravel-filled planters! Inside, place the included non-animated prop kitchen unit wherever you like along the wall - opposite is the indoor/outdoor fireplace feature. The back hallway leads to three private rooms, including a main bedroom with patio doors leading to the pool area. All in a compact 40.2 meter by 40.6 meter footprint, and 96 Land Impact (plus 16 for the kitchen).
