I love this house. I've had it for years and the size and prims are perfect. Although it will fit on 1024, I highly suggest at least a long 1536, but a 2048 or larger fits the home so much better.
The textures are great and really don't need to be modified much.
The rooms are a perfect size and I've been able to have a nice living space, bedroom, dining & kitchen, and bathroom.
It works so very well on a small hill/cliff especially one that transitions into the water.
A perfect not-so-modern home with a very nice cabin-like feel. Highly recommended.
