The poured concrete wraparound patio features a working outdoor fireplace, and inside choose from the 2 room model or the open floor plan model – we include both! Exterior lights, automatic scanning door option, and optional snow add-on for the winter months (sold separately - see Related Items below) round out the features. Land Impact is 45, or 38 for the open floor plan model, and footprint is 17.1 meters by 21.4 meters.
