We include 3 private rooms, a dual level wood back deck with built-in tiled waterfall fountain with accent lighting, and fireplace planter - and even include the plants! Privacy windows, locking doors, and our *home control system round out the features. Land Impact is 112, or 120 with kitchen, and footprint is 29.4 meters by 29.4 meters.
