The Laramie Barn is an oversize, single story rustic barn with reclaimed wood slat exterior siding, and multiple glass door entrances set into iron frame windows to allow access to the outside from every room of the home, set on top of low slung concrete poured stairs framed with concrete planters (we supply removable color change trees!). Pick from included open floor plan interior, anchored with a central river rock fireplace and working fire, or the 4 room layout with removable central walls for lots of private spaces. Land Impact is 114, or 102 for the open floor plan, and footprint is 26.4 meters by 27.5 meters.
