The Petra Elevated Ranch is a steel and concrete structure made to gracefully hover over sloped land or water. Anchored by the elevated entry stairs, the covered double door entrance welcomes you to an open plan living area with full-surround, floor-to-ceiling windows. At the far end, an indoor/outdoor fireplace creates a natural focal point. The wraparound deck is accessible from both sides and ushers in the surrounding natural view. Two private rooms, each in its own wing, balance the structure, and offer natural white birch walls. Exterior lights, locking doors, privacy windows, and our *home control system round out the features. Land Impact is 47, and footprint is 32 meters by 31 meters.
