Soak up the sun in a beautiful new courtyard outside of your mission modern home – the Soledad Courtyard Cottage by Trompe Loeil!

The Soledad Courtyard Cottage is a modern prefab with Mediterranean flavor, with whitewashed concrete and natural wood accents, plus raw stone brickwork foundational walls. The archway theme carries you from the enclosed courtyard patio – we include your own patch of land, and 5 different ground texture options on owner-only touch to go with the seasons – tastefully accented with concrete pavers, a marble tile side section, and raised wood platform. The centerpiece is a tiled pool catching the water from the fountain spouts built into the planter that runs along the length of the building. A wood plank patio hugs the pool and leads you to the entryway, as well as the covered raised seating area above the pool in the back.
Come inside! We include several layouts: one private room in back with two open rooms up front, a 3 room version with 2 private rooms and one up front, and a model with a prop kitchenette in the central open room. There’s even built-in ceiling lighting! To top it all off, we include outdoor plants in the planters, carefully designed face layouts for easy interior tinting and future PBR material swaps, and our *home control system with auto-open scanning door option. Land Impact is 151 – 163, and footprint is 22.4 meters by 37.2 meters.
