The Tecopa Desert Cabin is a single room modern build with an included removable interior wall to create a single private room - nestled on top of a built-in, walkable, tintable desert rock formation! Cool terra cotta tiles inside lead to a full-length window overlooking the covered deck. The interior focal point is a rock wall cutout with fireplace rocks, working on/off fire, and waterfall fountain effect! We even include optional removable cactus and brush plants outside. Exterior lights, locking auto-open option doors, and privacy windows with our *home control system round out the features. Land Impact is 145, and footprint is 33.8 meters by 28.2 meters.
