Trompe Loeil's Treehouse Cottage is a perfect getaway for kids and adults. Features a full-sized bottom deck and two-story single room structure on top, all built around a majestic tree that includes 11 leaf colors available via owner-only menu – from lush summery green to the reds, oranges and yellows of autumn to several fun fantasy colors you just don’t see every day! The Home Control Center lets you add allowed individuals, lock the doors, control the exterior lights, and set the windows to clear, private or closed. The attic windows swing open and shut on touch and the entire build is only 104 prims! Plus, we've included a version without interior ladders free of charge.
Walk though the display of the Treehouse Cottage inworld at Trompe Loeil's Mainstore - just use the teleporter at the front of the store to go to the Prefab and Skybox rezzer.

I really like the house. The leaves definitely can be better like one comment said but you can always have them bare if they cause too much of a problem. My biggest annoyance is that you can't scale it down (make it shorter) I know it says you can't already but it would be really nice if that feature was added. Other than that it is spectacular!

Low in Prim, great Quality, nice Texture and looks very realistic
The Leafs on Tree can be better but there are many choices to find a near good one .. I use the bare and is nice - all worth the Money!
