The Tullimaar Rustic Cottage is a natural stonework building with a modern wood siding annex - we include tintable light and dark finishes. The worn wood entry deck wraps around to meet the side kitchen door and around the front for a beautiful view. For flat ground installations, you can easily unlink the corner railing to add an additional deck entry. Inside, enjoy the built-in prop non-animated kitchenette (able to be removed) and river rock and wood inlay fireplace. In the stonework building wing, we include two private rooms, including one with patio access. Land Impact is 107, and footprint is 34.5 meters by 21.9 meters.
