Trompe Loeil - Utari Modern Cabin [mesh]

A sculptural masterpiece for any setting - the Utari Modern Cabin is our first lightbaked and full PBR materials prefab! Created from poured rough concrete with a curved wood plank interior, the Utari welcomes you with a ground level wraparound deck, or an elevated experience at the top of a set of 11 meter tall spiral stairs. Our all new PBR materials are dramatically highlighted with custom built lighting panels crafted from the interior organically curving walls, set above you. The interior room is available completely empty, or with an accent wall and shelving. All new PBR shades and glass materials in our privacy windows, 3 lighting settings, auto-open scanning door option, our *home control system, and extra deck-only models without the prefab home are included! Land Impact ranges from 106 to 78 depending on elevated, ground, or empty models, and base-only range from 56 to 23. Footprint is 18.9 meters by 24.1 meters, with the elevated model rising to 11 meters in the air.
