The Zenya Boulder Cabin is a sleek ultramodern A-frame style cabin, completely lightbaked with natural woods, marble tile, rough metals, and rugged tactile brick and plaster. Outside, a wraparound patio with two entry stairs leads to the home built into the side of a gigantic gray boulder - we include plain rock and lightly grassy models. Inside, more natural stonework serves as a feature for dramatic included interior lighting and lightbaked effects, along the twisting staircase and up to the towering 2nd floor. We include an open model and a model with 2 semi-private rooms via divider, both with unique lightbaking effects. Privacy windows, interior and exterior lighting, locking doors with auto-open scan option, and our *home control system round out the features. Land Impact is 64 or 58 for the open plan, and footprint is 29 meters by 23 meters.
