[T&s] Ballon Boy Bumper Version 1.0

We welcome a new addition to our bumper collection. The Five nights at Freddy's bumper sold so well, we decided to jump right onto a Five Night at Freddy's 2 bumper. Sadly, most of the sounds for the game are very loud, and irritating if heard repeatedly or over extended time, but we did notice one new addition to the Freddy's family that would fit in just right.

So enjoy the new [T&s] Balloon Boy Bumper.
