You can enjoy the Motor Bicycle (BLITZ) by "equipping" it.
While riding the Motor Bicycle (BLITZ),
place the Motor Bicycle Parts (Bike) on the ground,
and select "drive" as if you were riding a vehicle,
and then get on.
