Off sim surrounds, designed to work with the Tudor City Builder's kit. These surrounds come in 3 design layouts, each with a day version for general use, a night version with glowing windows for sims that want a permanent dark/night feel, and a scripted version that switches between day and night for sims that use a day cycle timer.
The builds are 24-32 prims each and take up nearly a 64m wide lane of faux buildings. They can be used on sim as filler for the kit if you want, but they're best used as a surround "outside" of your build, giving the illusion that your full sim city build is even bigger than it is.
The chimneys have a hidden prim in them that generates a smoke particle for extra effect, but if you want you can modify them to disable some or all of them.
