This simple button facilitates communication within a group of people.
If the button is free (no-color) anyone can press it to take the turn to speak or ask questions.
Only the person holding the turn and the moderators can turn the button off.
The moderators are the object's owner plus all the agents specified in the configuration notecard by avatar key.
