Turquoise / blue sea.
This is a prim supplied as 32 x 32 but can be reduced or expanded to 64 x 64.
Rezz just under water surface to give a tropical water effect, it is phantom so you can walk through it, and is transparent from underneath so when you look up at it from in the water you wont see it.
Modify.

it's a simple prim with color on it, really not worth 5L
