❀ Balcony comes with: Trellis Pergola, Arches, Decorative Tiles, Cover for original back deck. All modify, meaning you can remove some of them or all of them and just use the balcony if you want.
❀ It contains some regular prims, that is why it is not 100% mesh on description.

Doesn't really fit
This doesn't really fit the Primavera house well. There end up being gaps between the house and the balcony, or the balcony and roof over lap. The outside stairs are completely different from what is seen in the picture. There are triangular gaps between the steps and the banister. Other than that, it's easy to set up and offers an outdoor living space. UPDATE: A little adjustment fixed the issue with the stairs. UPDATE: Minor adjustments fixed the issues stated above.
Perfect addition to my Precioso Linden Home!
I have purchased this back balcony add-on for my Precioso Linden home, and it was easy to place and perfect and I love how it looks great up close and far away. There are the extra details like the mediterranean/Spanish tiles on the front and the terrace above that mostly caught my eye. I love and I highly recommend it!
