Not fully Mod
The piece itself is well textured and follows the sun as promised but the problem is when you want to save a resized copy in your inventory or for using it with a rezzer. The resized copy will rezzed halfed resized, I mean, the base of the panel will rez as big as the original. And that is because the solar panel rezzes the base from its content. And replacing that base with a resized copy will render a solar panel unabled to rezz the modified base. So, if using a rezzer your only option is using it as big as it comes.
Also, if you want to roate the base 180 degrees, that's not possible either, it will return to its original position, instantly.
