Custom built for a role play sim, and now offered for sale as alimited edition item to you, it offers mod and copy features ((contains no mod scripts but prims themselves can be altered)).
and uses a combination of Sculpt, Mesh and standared prim elements
an easy foot print of around 12x15m, prim count is approx 73 prims (71li)
