The Satin Beauty collection is a formal gown with two layers to the skirt. The top layer of the skirt is a two tone satin fabric that complements the main color of the gown. Along the hem of the top layer of the skirt is either a jeweltone design or a lace style depending upon the gown (most have the jeweltone hem). The second layer of the skirt is the main color of the gown. It is also satin and flows like a dream. The Satin Beauty Gowns each come with a lightweight lace sweater to wear if your event is at night because you don't want to be shivering in a satin gown.

The gowns also come with underskirts at three different lengths for additional looks and occasions (long pencil, medium, or short). The long underskirt is designed to wear under the formal gown for the most modesty at events so that when you sit down, your legs are still covered and you aren't flashing your knees which, in a formal environment, is a major no-no.

The three skirts can be worn seperately with the gown top to make three simple, semi-formal, dresses that can be worn anywhere. The top of the gown is the same satin fabric as the second layer of the gown skirt.

The Satin Beauty Collection, with the exception of the Black variety, also has sleeve detailings that are reminiscent of the 1700s in colonial America. The sleeves come down to the elbow with lace and satin flourishes at the ends for that extra touch of elegance of class that every woman loves to feel. The only exception to this is the Black Satin Beauty Gown; that particular gown has different sleeves but comes with a corset for a more elegant gothic look to it.
