1- This house is a partial mesh, built with the Firestorm viewer's native tool. Therefore, it may contain minor flaws due to the limitations of the creation tool, although I have taken every care to minimize these flaws, thus providing a modern, pleasant, and cozy look.
2- Some objects that may occasionally appear in the images are for decorative purposes only and are not included in the sale.
3- This house was designed to make good use of a 1,024 sqm lot, so you have plenty of interior space and plenty of room on your plot for you to complete the decoration with plants, trees, or whatever you desire.
4- Before re-doing the house, check if any adjustments to the lot are necessary to better accommodate the house.
5 - In very uneven mountainous areas, it may be necessary to create a base on the ground before rezzing.

The permissions are Copy and Modify. Therefore, you can make as many copies as you like and also modify as much as you like. Always keep the original copy so you can replace it in case of any modification errors.
