A lovely two-sided sim-divider waterfall that looks great - much more appealing than a simple wall crammed against your neighbors plot, and the way it was created also gives the entire sim a more natural appearance.
This enchantingly beautiful sim-divider waterfall has mossy rock colors, streams of water with sound (menu-controlled) and enough plants to add a splash of color.
It is low-prim yet highly detailed...and the height is enough to give privacy but not too tall as to look unnatural or be overpowering (40m tall).
*Waterfall sounds are accessed via clicking waterfall (9 choices/volume/on-off control).

* If your neighbor already has a sim-divider or doesn't appreciate the view it's easy to remove any waterfall streams and plants facing their land as it's easily modifiable.

241 meters wide/40 meters tall, and depth of 25m is as thin as I could make it while still retaining realism and beauty for a nice sim divider.
*241m is almost the length of a sim (full sim length is 256) - I left a little space on each side since land is not usually flat all the way to the end. If it is however you can copy one of the vines or rocks from the waterfall and place at the ends..

* I have smaller sizes available (64m and 128m)

* Sound is in 4 places - to turn sound on/off you will need to click each of the 4 sections (this is so you can have sound in only the areas you desire). This sim divider has 6 sections, and when you hover over a section with a sound menu you will see your cursor change into a hand. Section 2 & 5 have no sound.
