Top keeps disappearing

I bought this almost 2 years ago. I wore it for the first time in a long time. I was sent numerous messages that my top was gone. I had it redelivered hoping it was just a fluke, but in fact the top does NOT show up. I see it on my screen, but nobody else can see it. I don't know if this is a problem that can be fixed, but I figured it should be pointed out. Other than this, the rest of the outfit is great.
