[UA] Modern Gas Station Version v1

This is a bit of a tough one.

First the pro's:
I want to rate it high as its a well thought out yet simple design in a modern clean aesthetic which is hard to come by. its fully modular as its made out of single mesh parts thus if you having modding skill can fit it anywhere and any place you want.

Cons:
-No (at least for the time being) inworld showcase so you have to buy it based on the pictures.
The basics come across but its allot simpler in reality than the pictures showcase.
-Land impact, due to the singular parts the land impact quickly ramps up. worst culprit is the ceiling tile lining, I get what the creator wanted to do but simply removing most of them saved me about 20 prims. A custom meshed part would only costed 1 land impact maybe 3.
-Cost, plain and simple the set should be 500-750 total not 1500. other gas station offer way more for less or equal money.. the only reason why i would suggest to buy it for someone else is that you need this simple modern clean look with full mod ability .. if not.. buy another gas station.
