Excellent Through & Through
First, let me start by saying the product, itself, is exactly what you would expect from Underground. Great looking product and the perfect accessory to the other items I've bought from them to round out my outfit.
However, what I can rave about is the customer service:
I was unable to upload the .dae files and was growing incredibly frustrated. I had no problem uploading the other items I have bought from Underground but for some reason, I was just not able to do so with this. I sent Shake Krovac a message in world and in quick time, I got a response. He spent quality time with me via IM and went through multiple scenarios. It turns out, it wasn't even an issue with the product but the viewer I was currently using (Firestorm 4.7.7). He suggested I try and older version, after telling me why, and was patient while I downloaded the older version (Firestorm 4.7.3) and attempted to upload the .dae files... IT WORKED!
As if the great looking product wasn't enough, the exceptional customer service I received has ensured that I will remain a customer of Underground and will recommend them to any and all!
