More like.. Dark brown/brass?
I love the mesh piece itself, and the adaptability of it is great.. It's a lovely jewel.
But I'm really dissapointed with the tone.. I thought that by being black it would actually be black, but this is actually a 'chocolate-like' dark tone.. Dark brass, even...
Unfortunately there is no demo and it's a no-mod item.. I bought the black one to avoid the 'green silver' color of the other, but in the end, I should have gotten the gold version..
It's a great item, the jewel itself, but the misleading color is a bit of a turnoff, and hardly matches anything 'black'.
