UPDATE 2.2
1. SNOW ON and OFF - TOUCH box to emit snow/TOUCH again to stop snow
2. LINK all box and leave one visible for main control. You can now control all snow emitter with one box left in sight, or make it all invisible.
NOTE:
1.To make the box invisible you have to touch each box and choose HIDE or SHOW.
2. To make the box emit snow you can link all boxes and only touch toggle one box and it makes all boxes emit snow at the same time and make it stoop as well.

Check the mesh snowball snow emitter too. All free just different look.
To see any particles in second life. Make sure you enable particle count. Go to your PREFERENCE+GRAPHICS then slide up max particle count. This item works as usual unless your viewer is not set properly.
