needs MASSIVE improvements
It looks good and that's all it has going for it. It is impossible to texture and have it look professional, even with the AOs included. The Ao for the shade is out of proportion on the long sides and the lights themselves - one side textures nicely, the other does not. there is no clue as to which AO goes to which light. In summary - this is overpriced CRAP.

A definite statement piece. Looks great in my warehouse set, very realistic. Easy to texture and even though it is large the land impact remains low. I used more than one in a huge open space and it looked great.
