I was afraid of that...
The arms have an issue with them. Namely, the front of them has that bit that looks like it's bevelled out. That's not meshed, and it's not something you can fix with the ao map. The uv map must have gone out of bounds, because that's an area that's messed up and is not fixable. Very disappointed.
