Texturing with text works just fine
I was hesitant to get this book due to a previous review complaining about not being able to texture with text. But I took a risk, since I have other meshes from .:UR:., and I'm glad I did. The book textures just fine with text! I have no idea what the complaint is about--maybe they were trying to apply a graphic of text directly to the book rather than using the UV maps? I put the maps into Photoshop, added my text, and they come out beautifully! The text is clear and readable, even when using a blackletter-style font (which is difficult to read in the first place).

the mesh is beautiful, but theres no need to have this many ao maps and faces.. almost impossible to make simple changes with it :(
