Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles are a family of armored fighting vehicles designed to survive IED attacks and ambushes.
That item is the MRAP Cougar HE (6x6) transport version actualy in use in Irak and Afganistan.

rather nice rendering of this b vehicle, pity the other were no copy I would have gotten all of them, no sonner I put this on display sL ate it on rather bad region crossing but it was copy sat least so had one to survive getting added to the military vehicle display at least.
