As from today The Ultimate Beachclub 2011 is released! This is the build you have been waiting for for a few months now. I wanted to be sure this would be a unique design and something which is worth every L$ which is invested in it by buyers. Most of all I was very driven to make the build as one which I would place for a club if I had one. Also I wanted the club to look as beautiful in daylight as in midnight since we party around the clock in Secondlife. Also a very important issue which I paid alot of attention too is to minimize the use of textures and the ones used to repeat them to minimize load time and prevent any possible lagg.
There were alot of people trying to copy my build and sell on XstreetSL and a few were reported by customers and me and warned by LindenLab. This tells me my builds are good of taste and design if they take the effort to try to copy in all details...or maybe its just a lack of their own inspiration. However im releasing this build as from today 18 November 2009 as unique and one of a kind, including the IP rights.

The structure is 50x75 mtrs and has a total of 369prims when all furniture is rezzed.. Placing the club is easy since everything is packed in a rezzbox. Also its completely modify so if you want to make any changes its completely possible!
