It features tintable windowwalls with control panels on each level, a chandelier which passes through the third floor to illuminate the second, a kitchen counter and cabinets with working doors, and modern fireplaces on the two lower floors.
This house has a footprint of roughly 20x26 meters, and is 139 prims. This prim count includes the chandelier (18 prims) and the kitchen counter and cabinets (32 prims). All parts are Copy/Modify, so feel free to adjust them to your liking. The porch is easily removable if necessary to give a slightly smaller footprint.
The house comes packaged in an open-source rezzing system, with detailed instructions included. Simply rez it on the ground to begin the process.
